All services offered by Moca are based on “as is” basis. Moca reserves the right to change any of the services it provides.

DATA RIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS.

Moca shall own the non-personal anonymous user data with the display of advertisements including creative assets, referring URL, page URL, browser type, size of the ad, and IP address, etc. Moca shall comply with applicable law in connection with such uses.

Moca shall own the Ads Interaction Data (defined below) that it collects. Moca shall not collect or use any personal information through the websites (including without limitation through collection or use of Ads Interaction Data). Unless otherwise authorized by Demand Partner or the applicable Advertiser, in no event may the Ads Interaction Data gathered by or on behalf of Moca may be used, other than on behalf of the Advertiser, in a form that allows identification of Advertiser or Advertiser’s specific branded product or service. All other data collected directly on any of the websites shall be owned by Moca or its publisher and any rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved by Moca or its publisher. For purpose of the foregoing, “Ads Interaction Data” means data collected solely from and relating to a web user’s interaction with advertisements sold and delivered as part of the Deliverables, excluding any information that directly or indirectly connects such data to the applicable Website or its brand, content, and context.

AMENDMENT OF TERMS

Moca reserves the right to amend the terms, included but not limited to this agreement, as necessary. The amendment includes, but is not limited to, the service, pricing of ads, and share proportions, without notice to the partners. Partners shall maintain cooperation and accept the amended terms. We will notify users of certain amendments with a public notice.
